Remove from heat. Drain. Cover the pot. Heat butter or oil in a pan over low heat, cook garlic in milk until garlic is soft, about 30 mins. Add the mixture to the potatoes. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed or mash with a potato masher until smooth. Garnish with chilli flakes and serve. Recipe - 11 Cauliflower Wraps Ingredients: 1 No - Cauliflower small grated 1 tsp - Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp - Garlic finely chopped 2 No - Green chilli finely chopped 1 tsp - Garam masala 1/8 tsp - Cumin powder Salt to taste Paste Mix 2 tbsp - Olive oil 1/4 cup - Sun-dried tomatoes 10 No - Black olives pitted finely chopped 1 No - Garlic clove crushed 1/4 cup - Basil leaves 1 No - Lemon juice Pepper to taste Salt to taste Method: Grind to make a paste. Sprinkle olives. Heat oil in a pan and fry the ginger, garlic and chilli till brown Add the seasonings and grated cauliflower and cook for 2-3 mins.
