Healthy Appetizers – Mango Salsa Rolls

Ingredients:
Few hot dog breads
6-8 No – Cottage cheese sliced grilled
8 No – Black olives pitted
1/2 cup – Red cabbage shredded
1 No – Red onion roundels
2 tbsp – Parsley chopped
1/2 cup – Yogurt
Salt to taste

Salsa
2 No – Tomato deseeded finely chopped
2 No – Ripe mangoes peeled diced
1 No – Red onion finely chopped
3 No – Red jalapeno peppers
1 tbsp – Lemon juice
1/4 tsp – Pepper
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix the salsa ingredients or blend it in a blender and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Mix jalapeno peppers, onion and black olives and mix.
Add seasoning, yogurt and mix well. Add the filling.
