Green Bean Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp – Butter
2 cup – Green beans 2 inch slices
1/2 tsp – Cayenne pepper
1/2 can – Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup – French fried onion
3/4 cup – Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup – Sour cream
Salt to taste

Method:
To boiling water add green beans and cook till tender, but crispy enough to bite into.
Drain the beans under running water and transfer to a bowl.
Heat the cream of mushroom soup in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in 1/2 the cheese with the seasoning and let the mix cook till thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in the green beans and sour cream.
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and garnish with fried onions and the remaining cheese. Bake. Cook Using Westbrae Natural Vegetarian Organic Cut Green Beans
