Easy Party Appetizers – Ginger Tofu Fingers

Ingredients:
1/2 cup – Oil
2 tbsp – Corn flour
1 cup – Tofu or Cottage cheese
1 No – Onion finely chopped
4 tbsp – Ginger grated
2 tbsp – Celery or leeks minced
3 tbsp – Cilantro finely chopped
1 tbsp – Vinegar
2 tbsp – Red chilli sauce
1 tbsp – Soy sauce
1/4 tsp – MSG
Salt to taste

Method:
Cut thick long tofu chunks, (at least 2 inch long and about 1/2 inch thick).
Mix onion onwards all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add the tofu and let it marinate for about 20 mins.
Make a thick batter pouring consistency using both flours.
Heat oil in a pan and dip each tofu piece in the batter and fry.
