Easy Party Appetizers – Coin Pizza
Ingredients: 
10 No – Mini pizza base
2 cup – Pizza sauce
1 cup – Mozzarella cheese
1 No – Onion chopped
1 No – Pepper chopped
1/2 cup – Olives pitted
1/2 cup – Corn kernels
Salt to taste
Method:

Sprinkle salt over toppings and mix (you can choose to segregate the toppings or you can mix all together). Then evenly spread them over the sauce.

Option:Instead of mini pizza bases you can uses pita bread as the crust of a small pizza.
You can cut normal thick loaf in circles and use.
The traditonal pizza sauce can be repalced with pesto or marinara.
Instead of melting cheese you can add goat cheese (Feta).
