Dip Recipes

Dips are a type of condinment (edible sauces) which add a unique flavour to food. Lipton Recipe Secrets, Savory Herb with Garlic Recipe, Soup & Dip Mix, 2-Count 2.4-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12).
These sauces are not a part of main stream cooking rather; serve as an accompaniment for appetizers (main finger foods).
Different cuisines have their own dip recipes. Ranging from cheesy ones, to savoury, hot and spicy dips and sweet fruit flavoured ones etc.
Dips can be made both hot and cold.

Mango Lime Salsa
Blue Cheese Herb Mustard
Sun-Dried Tomato Mustard

Peanut Dip

Ingredients:
1 tbsp – Oil
3 tbsp – Peanut roasted
1 tbsp – Red curry paste/Thai chilli sauce
1 cup – Thick coconut milk
1 tbsp – Lemon juice
1/2 tsp – Salt
2 tbsp – Sugar

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add the curry paste and fry till well blended.
Lower the heat and add the coconut milk.
Keep stirring till a rich red color appears.
Add the rest and mix till the sauce thickens.
Set aside to cool and serve.
