Dip Recipes – Pico De Gallo
Pico de Gallo is a traditional Mexican fresh relish, which can be used in a variety of ways.
In some parts of Mexico it made with fruits, lime, chile powder and served as a fruit salad.
While the more traditional recipe, which is tomatoes, onion, peppers and jalapenos, can called as salsa mexicana, which, is a wonderful dipping sauce for tortilla chips.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Olive oil
1 tbsp – Vinegar
4 No – Jalapeno peppers chopped
5 No – Tomatoes medium chopped
2 stem – Green onions chopped
2 tbsp – Cilantro chopped
1/8 tsp – Oregano
Salt to taste
Method:
Combine all the ingredients and chill.
