Dip Recipes – Muhammara
Ingredients:
1/4 cup – Virgin olive oil
200 gms – Red peppers roasted
1/4 cup – Bread crumbs fresh
1/3 cup – Walnuts/pinenuts toasted
3 No – Garlic cloves +
1 tsp – Salt
1 tbsp – lemon juice
2 tbsp – Pomegranate juice
1 tbsp – Raw sugar
1 tsp – Cumin ground
1/2 tsp – Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Method:
Make a paste of garlic using salt.
In a food processor blend all the ingreidents excpet oil until the mixture is smooth.
Then gradually keep adding oil.
Serve at room temperature with crisp pita.
