Dip Recipes – Almond Dip & Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients:
1/4 cup – Olive oil
1/4 cup – Almonds blanched
2 No – Tomatoes small finely chopped
2 tbsp – Red wine vinegar
1 No – Garlic clove crused
1/4 tsp – White pepper powder
Salt to taste
Method:
Roast the almonds till lightly brown.
Then grind them with the rest into a smooth paste.
Then gradually keep adding olive oil till each spoon is well absorbed and the mix is thick creamy.
Serve with an assortment of fresh vegetables.
Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients:
200 gms – Cream cheese spread
1 cup – Sour cream
2 No – Garlic minced
1/4 cup – Green onions finely chopped
1 tbsp – Vinegar
1/4 cup – Parsley minced
1/2 tsp – Tarragon dried
1/4 tsp – White pepper powder
Method:
Mix all the ingredients chill and serve with raw vegetables, chips or as dippers with any appetizers.
