Curry Recipes – Kofta Curry
Ingredients: 
Oil for frying
2 No – Potatoes large boiled mashed
1 cup – Mixed vegetables (beans, peas, carrots) finely chopped
3 tbsp – Cornflour
2 No – Green chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp – Garlic paste
1 tbsp – Ginger paste
2 cup – Tomato gravy/White gravy
Salt to taste
Method:
Mash the potatoes and mix with the vegetables and add the seasonings.
Alternatively you can finely chop the vegetables and briefly fry them in oil for a min.
Mix them with potato and the seasonings and make small dumplings.
Make a batter of corn flour and water of medium thick consistency or add the cornflour directly to the dumplings and fry.
Dip each of the dumplings in it and fry on medium heat till brown.
Drain and set aside.
In another pan heat the red gravy and bring it to a boil.
Turn to a low flame and add the dumplings. Mix well.

Option: Replace with panner, bottle gourd, bananas (aw banans need to steamed and then mashed).
For binding either use potatoes, arrowroot flour etc. Adjust seasoning likewise.
