Curry Recipes – Corn Korma
Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Oil
150 gms – Cream style corn tin
2 No – Cardamom pods
2 No – Onion chopped
1 cup – Tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup – Yogurt
1 tsp – Chilli powder
2 tbsp – Coriander chopped
1/8 tsp – Turmeric
Salt to taste
Paste Mix
1/4 cup – Coconut grated
10 No – Cashewnuts
2 No – Green chillies
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions and cardamom on a high flame till brown.
Soak the cashewnuts in water for 20 mins. Remove and then grind with the paste ingreidents for (7-10 mins) till done.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Add water approx. (1/4 – 1/2 cup) to obtain a curry like consistency. Adjust seasoning.
