Stuffed Pita Ingredients: 4-5 No - Pita 1 No - Tomato finely chopped 1 No - Red onion finely chopped 1/2 cup - Cabbage finely chopped 1 No - Peppers finely chopped 1/2 No - Carrot finely chopped (optional) 1 tsp - Lime juice 3/4 cup - Yogurt 1 tsp - Mint 1 tsp - Garlic crushed Salt to taste Pepper to taste Method: Crush a few cloves of garlic to use only its liquid. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for about 20 mins. Toast the pita till a little crisp. Slice it to add the filling and serve.
