Cheese Appetizers - 1


Cheese Corn Balls


Ingredients:
2 tbsp - Butter
2 No - Potato mashed
1/2 cup - Corn crushed
1 No - Spring onion white
1 No - Green chilli
1 tbsp - Flour
4 tbsp - Milk
4 tbsp - Cheese
2 No - Garlic grated
1 tsp - Mixed herbs
White pepper
Salt to taste


Batter
4 No - Bread crumbs
1 tbsp - Flour
2 tbsp - Corn flour
Water as needed


Method:
Heat butter in a pan and saute green onion, garlic till soft.
Add flour, milk stirring continuoulsy to make a thick paste.
Add the remaining ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs.
Cool the mix. Then refrigerate for 2 -3 hours.
Remove and add grated cheese. Then make small balls.
Dip the balls in the prepared batter (add extra crumbs or flour to get a medium thick consistency).
Make sure the balls are well coated.
Fry and serve with mayonnaise or any sauce of your choice.

Cheese - Appetizer - 2


Chilli Cheese Toast


Ingredients:
5 No - Buttered Bread
2 No - Green chilli minced or
1 tbsp - Red pepper flakes
1 No - Tomato finely diced deseeded
1 No - Red onion large finely diced
1 No - Green pepper finely diced
1 cup - Cheese
Dash of tobasco


Method:
Mix tomatoes, chillies, pepper and onion and tabasco in a bowl.
Add the filling on bread slices and top with cheese. Bake and serve.
You can simply add grated cheese and red pepper flakes on bread or crackers. Bake and serve.
