Best Appetizer Recipes – Creamy Potatoes
Ingredients:
10 No – Baby Potatoes
1 cup – Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup – Sour cream
1/2 tsp – Onion powder (optional)
1/2 tsp – Chives
Pinch or two Pepper
Method:
Par boil the potatoes and then either roast them in an oven or BBQ or add a little oil in a sauce pan and saute till crispy.
Add the chives, pepper, sour cream and onion powder to the bowl and mix till well combined.
Add the potatoes till well coated and bake till done.
Serve hot with toothpicks.
You may also choose to replace Italian Cheese with fresh cream. If you using cream than follow all the steps other then baking.
